Turnovers vs. AI reviews — how it works

Every turnover is documented. Always.

Recording, sealed originals, timestamps, and dispute-ready exports are included on every turnover in your plan. This never uses an AI review — the evidence side is not metered.

AI reviews are the optional extra.

One AI review = the AI checks one walkthrough video and flags spots worth a look. Most hosts review the post-clean video only, so a typical turnover uses 1 review. Want the pre-clean video checked too? That's a 2nd review of the same turnover — your choice each time.

Run out? Nothing breaks.

Used your included reviews? Add one for $4 whenever you want — or skip AI entirely: your sealed evidence record is complete either way. Over your turnover allowance? $1 per extra turnover. You approve every extra; nothing is billed automatically.

Example — Solo ($49): document up to 15 turnovers a month, with 8 AI reviews included. That's enough to AI-review 8 post-cleans — or, say, 5 post-cleans plus 3 pre-cleans. The other turnovers are still fully documented; the AI just didn't look at them.

Strong documentation supports a claim — it does not guarantee one. Platforms and insurers decide claims under their own terms.

No. Cleaners are invited by you and access TurnAudit through a shared link in their phone browser. No app download or separate account required.
Each unique rental listing counts as one property. If you have a duplex listed as 2 separate rentals, that counts as 2 properties.
One AI review = the AI checks one walkthrough video and gives you a short list of spots worth a look — possible stains, damage, items left behind — each linked to the exact moment in the footage. Plans include a monthly number of reviews (Solo 8, Host 15, Portfolio 30; Vault includes none). The AI is advisory and never touches your evidence files.
No. The evidence pipeline — unaltered originals, integrity hashes, independent timestamps, exports — works exactly the same with or without AI review. AI is a convenience layer for catching issues faster, not part of the proof.

Included AI reviews reset each billing month and don't roll over. Extra reviews you purchase are non-refundable and stay usable for 12 months from purchase — you see the exact expiry date before you pay, and we remind you in-app before anything lapses.
