  • AI review credits: 1 per property each month, plus 1 extra for your account. Credits are shared across your properties and reset every month. Most hosts review the post-clean walkthrough; add a pre-clean review when you want a second angle.
  • One credit covers one AI review of a walkthrough (pre-clean or post-clean). Properties with 11 or more rooms use 2 credits per review.

A documented turnover record gives you something concrete to reference when a guest disputes condition. TurnAudit organizes that record and the itemized amount you request. Outcomes and amounts depend on platform or policy terms.

Documentation supports a request; platforms and insurers decide under their own terms.

If an AirCover or resolution-center dispute starts, TurnAudit keeps the uploaded original, its SHA-256 integrity record, and timestamp status together for review. Advisory AI stays separate and does not decide what happened or what a platform will accept.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Locked originals are retained for about 12 months from capture; export and preserve them before that period ends if you need to keep them longer.
Invited cleaners open a shared link and create a quick browser account. There is no app-store download or special equipment.
Each unique rental listing counts as one property. Up to three unaddressed and unrecorded placeholders are temporarily exempt; a baseline or completed address ends that exemption. If you have a duplex listed as 2 separate rentals, that counts as 2 properties.
One advisory AI review checks one walkthrough video and links observations to the footage. Standard includes one monthly review credit per property plus one extra. Properties through 10 rooms use 1 credit per review; properties with 11 or more rooms use 2. AI uses derived copies and does not modify uploaded originals.
