BUILT BY A HOST

Why TurnAudit was built

TurnAudit started with a $2,492 damage claim that was lost. The damage was real, but when it came time to show the property’s condition before and after the stay, there was no clear record to assemble. There were photos and videos, but no routine comparison that was easy to find and review.

Before TurnAudit, turnover documentation was chaos. A cleaner would send hundreds of photos or more than 10 minutes of video for a single turnover over text and WhatsApp. The files were scattered across message threads, and finding the right room, date, or moment later meant scrolling and guessing.

The answer was not another camera roll, or an AI report pretending to be the evidence. It was a simple workflow: record a baseline, capture pre-clean and post-clean walkthroughs, preserve the uploaded originals, add integrity and timestamp records, and keep any AI notes clearly advisory.

That became TurnAudit. It organizes the condition record before a dispute begins. It does not decide what happened or what a platform will accept. It gives the host the original files and the surrounding record in one place, ready to review and export.

TurnAudit was built to give every property a structured condition record: a baseline, guided walkthroughs, integrity checks on upload, and advisory review kept separate from the original.
