After guest checkout, your cleaner opens TurnAudit in their phone browser — no app, no account — and records a short pre-clean walkthrough, room by room: how the guest actually left the place. When the clean is done, the same quick walkthrough captures the post-clean, guest-ready state. About 30–45 seconds per room — roughly 3–5 minutes for a typical property, twice per turnover.
TurnAudit Seals the Originals
The moment each recording uploads, TurnAudit computes a cryptographic integrity fingerprint (hash) of the untouched file and obtains an independent trusted timestamp for it (RFC 3161 — the same standard used for signed documents). The original video is preserved exactly as recorded. No filters, no edits, no AI enhancement — ever.

Review With a Second Set of Eyes
TurnAudit’s AI reviews the walkthroughs room by room and flags stains, damage, missing items, displaced furniture, and setup issues. Every flag includes a timestamp, the room it was found in, and the visual so you can check it yourself. The AI is a second set of eyes — it can miss things, so every flag comes with the visual and you stay the judge.
