Our Commitment
TurnAudit is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including:
- Visual impairments (blindness, low vision, color blindness)
- Hearing impairments
- Motor impairments
- Cognitive and learning disabilities
Measures We Take
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Skip navigation links for screen reader users
- ARIA labels on interactive elements
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
- Respect for reduced motion preferences
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Form labels and accessible error messages
- Alt text for meaningful images
- Responsive design that works across devices and zoom levels
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas may have limitations:
- Some third-party content or embedded widgets may not fully meet accessibility standards
- Older PDF exports may not be fully accessible; we are working to improve this
